Refund & Return Policy

At Beauchamps Pharmacy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

Refunds

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us at bcp.ds.mis@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

•  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
