LOOKING BACK
After graduating from Medical Technology at Centro Escolar University in 1985 and a short stint as a Medical Representative, Dina dela Paz pursued her dream of taking up Professional Studies on Cosmetic Consultancy at Nottingham,England. This is in preparation for her dream of opening a skincare company that will cater to the needs of the Filipino dermatologists and clients.
She successfully opened Beauchamps Pharmacy in 1989, Dermaline Facial Centers (now known as Diana Stalder Face, Body and Skincare) in 1996, her own manufacturing plant, the Stalder Laboratories Inc, a GMP certified plant in 1999, and BCP as her way of offering to the skincare industry her own products and exclusively acquired machines.
THROUGH THE YEARS…
She got married to Chris Stalder, had three wonderful kids, Paul, Diana, and Tina and employed hundreds of employees at SLI, BCP, Beauchamps, and Diana Stalder by Dermaline. She was the silent partner of thousands of entrepreneurs in and out of the country, delivered effective and affordable skincare products to millions of Filipinos, and at the same time made a difference in the lives of others through “kabuhayan” programs for employees and “pabahay” to deserving workers. She shared her blessings by enabling loyal employees to travel abroad and profit sharing.
At the same time, she was recognized by companies abroad, such as Casmara Cosmetics of Spain and Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program of France and Canada and have shared progressive partnerships for many years now. Ma’am Dina and her business enterprises received numerous recognitions, accolades, and have grown much professionally and personally.
LOOKING FORWARD…
She wishes to expand delivery of the promise of beauty worldwide, to provide doctors in their quest for state of the art products and machines, and to expand the weight, health, and wellness in her beauty portfolio by incorporating cafes in her operations.
